Je komt terecht in een snel groeiende groep gespecialiseerd in mobiliteit. Met hun uitgebreid productaanbod, uitstekende dienstverlening en sterk imago gaat onze klant zich gaan onderscheiden. Ze zijn 'official dealer' van verschillende merken en kwalitatieve tweedehandswagens en kunnen zichzelf marktleider noemen. Hun ruim 200 medewerkers staan elke dag klaar vanuit de 9 verschillende vestigingen. Hier werken mensen die dezelfde waarden delen: passie, respect en creativiteit.

Jobomschrijving

In deze rol ben je van A tot Z verantwoordelijk voor de verkoop van tweedehandswagens aan particulieren.

Jouw takenpakket bestaat o.a. uit:

  • Vertegenwoordigen van het My Way segment.
  • Verwelkomen en begeleiden van klanten bij het kiezen van een tweedehandswagen die perfect past bij hun wensen en budget.
  • Het opbouwen en onderhouden van klantenrelaties om vertrouwen en loyaliteit te creëren.
  • Onderhandelen over prijzen, financieringsmogelijkheden en aanvullende diensten zoals garanties.
  • Zorgdragen voor een aantrekkelijke presentatie van de showroom en het up-to-date houden van de voorraad.
  • In de spotlight plaatsen van de tweedehandswagens, dit zowel online als offline.
  • Het behalen van verkoop targets en bijdragen aan de groei van onze organisatie.
  • Administratieve en praktische opvolging van het volledige verkoopproces behoort eveneens tot jouw taken.
  • Je rapporteert aan de used car manager.

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

  • Je behaalde minimaal een bachelordiploma of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je hebt minimaal 3-5 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige rol. Ervaring binnen de sector is zeker een vereiste.
  • Je bent gedreven door sales, commercieel ingesteld en bovendien gebeteren door de automobielmicrobe.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk. Een gezonde dosis overtuigingskracht, behulpzaamheid en een aangenaam klantencontact typeren jouw aanpak.
  • Je werkt proactief en bent resultaatgericht.
  • Je bent integer en betrouwbaar, je stelt het belang van de organisatie voorop en handelt op een correcte en ethische wijze.
  • Werken op zaterdag is geen probleem voor jou.
  • Je vindt het leuk om aanwezig te zijn op diverse events en bent vlot in het netwerken.
  • Je neemt ownership over jouw takenpakket en kan zelfstandig werken.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands. Andere talen zijn een pluspunt.
