MÁS COMPLEMENTOS SALARIALES EN CASO DE REALIZARLOS, PLUSES DE NOCTURNIDADES, FESTIVOS Y DOMINGOS. GEROCULTOR /A: ES EL PERSONAL QUE, BAJO LA DEPENDENCIA DE LA DIRECCIÓN DEL CENTRO O PERSONA QUE SE DETERMINE, TIENE COMO FUNCIÓN PRINCIPAL LA DE ASISTIR Y CUIDAR A LOS RESIDENTES EN LAS ACTIVIDADES DE LA VIDA DIARIA QUE NO PUEDAN REALIZAR POR SI MISMOS Y EFECTUAR AQUELLOS TRABAJOS ENCAMINADOS A SU ATENCIÓN PERSONAL Y DE SU ENTORNO. GUARDARÁ ABSOLUTO SILENCIO SOBRE LOS PROCESOS PATOLÓGICOS QUE SUFRAN LOS RESIDENTES, ASÍ COMO CUALQUIER ASUNTO REFERENTE A SU INTIMIDAD, Y SIEMPRE ACTUARÁ EN COORDINACIÓN Y BAJO LA RESPONSABILIDAD DE LOS PROFESIONALES DE LOS CUALES DEPENDAN DIRECTAMENTE. ENTRE OTRAS SUS FUNCIONES SON: HIGIENE PERSONAL DE LOS RESIDENTES. SEGÚN EL PLAN FUNCIONAL DE LOS CENTROS, DEBE EFECTUAR LA LIMPIEZA Y MANTENIMIENTO DE LOS UTENSILIOS DE LOS RESIDENTES, HACER LAS CAMAS, COLABORAR EN MANTENER ORDENADAS LAS HABITACIONES, RECOGER LA ROPA, LLEVARLA A LA LAVANDERÍA Y ENCARGARSE DE LA ROPA PERSONAL DE LOS RESIDENTES. DAR DE COMER A AQUELLOS RESIDENTES QUE NO LO PUEDAN HACER POR SI MISMOS. EN ESTE SENTIDO, SE OCUPARÁ IGUALMENTE DE LA RECEPCIÓN, DISTRIBUCIÓN Y RECOGIDA DE LAS COMIDAS A LOS RESIDENTES. REALIZAR LOS CAMBIOS DE POSTURA Y AQUELLOS SERVICIOS AUXILIARES QUE DE ACUERDO CON SU PREPARACIÓN TÉCNICA LE SEAN ENCOMENDADOS. COMUNICAR LAS INCIDENCIAS QUE SE PRODUZCAN SOBRE LA SALUD DE LOS RESIDENTES. LIMPIAR Y PREPARAR EL MOBILIARIO, MATERIALES Y APARATOS DE BOTIQUÍN. ACOMPAÑAR A LOS RESIDENTES EN LAS SALIDAS QUE ESTE DEBA REALIZAR YA SEAN PARA CITAS MÉDICAS, EXCURSIONES, GESTIONE.
