Sta jij stevig in je schoenen en weet jij techniek, planning en mensen samen te brengen? Als AV Projectleider ben jij degene die zorgt dat AV-projecten op locatie vlekkeloos verlopen. Jij bewaakt de voortgang, stuurt technici aan en bent het aanspreekpunt voor de klant. Met jouw technische kennis en organisatorische skills zorg je ervoor dat verwachtingen worden waargemaakt en projecten succesvol worden opgeleverd. Benieuwd welke verantwoordelijkheden daarbij horen? - Operationeel aansturen en realiseren van AV-projecten op locatie;

- Bijdragen aan het behalen van operationele KPI’s en projectdoelstellingen;

- Fungeren als operationeel aanspreekpunt voor klanten, leveranciers en collega’s;

- Leidinggeven aan uitvoerende AV Technici, zowel intern als extern;

- Nauwe samenwerking met werkvoorbereiding, planning, projectmanagers en operationeel management;

- Bewaken van kwaliteit, voortgang en efficiëntie binnen projecten;

- Zelfstandig uitvoeren van bereikbaarheidsdiensten voor Service & Support;

- Actief onderhouden en up-to-date houden van technische en operationele kennis;

- Bijdragen aan verdere professionalisering van de operationele afdeling.

Wil jij succesvol zijn als AV Projectleider en beschik jij over leiderschap, technische kennis en organisatorisch inzicht? Dan herken jij jezelf in onderstaand profiel. Bekijk hieronder wat wij van jou verwachten. Je beschikt over:

- Een afgeronde MBO++ opleiding in AV-techniek, installatietechniek of vergelijkbaar;

- Minimaal 5 jaar werkervaring in een vergelijkbare operationele of projectmatige rol;

- Uitgebreide kennis van AV/IT-installaties en configuratietechnieken;

- Ervaring met het aansturen van technische teams op projectlocaties;

- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen verwachtingen te managen;

- Een hands-on mentaliteit met oog voor kwaliteit en resultaat;

- Leiderschap, probleemoplossend vermogen en analytisch i
