Per direct zijn wij op zoek naar een: Avondcoördinator (20-50 uur per maand, gemiddeld 6 diensten) Frascati is een meerstemmig theaterhuis met vier zalen in het centrum van Amsterdam en een buurttheater in Nieuw-West (Theater van Deyssel). Jaarlijks presenteren we meer dan 550 voorstellingen en produceren we ongeveer 25 eigen producties. We bieden ruimte aan jonge makers om zich te ontwikkelen en hun artistieke stem te versterken. Het publieksserviceteam, onder leiding van het Hoofd Publieksservice, zorgt ervoor dat voorstellingsavonden soepel verlopen en bezoekers zich welkom voelen. Als Avondcoördinator ben je tijdens deze avonden zelfstandig verantwoordelijk voor de publieksservice en zorg je voor een fijne ervaring voor bezoekers en makers. Wat ga je doen? - Je ontvangt jouw publiek en bent aanspreekpunt voor makers en gezelschappen rondom de voorstelling. - Je bewaakt het verloop van de avond en ondersteunt collega's waar nodig. - Je stuurt de zaaldienst functioneel aan. - Je stemt af met kassa en techniek en helpt mee wanneer de situatie daarom vraagt. - Je draagt zorg voor de veiligheid in het theater en handelt bij calamiteiten volgens BHV-procedures, inclusief ontruiming. - Je werkt voornamelijk in de avonden en weekenden op onze beide locaties (Nes 63 en Nes 71). Wat breng jij mee? - Je maakt makkelijk contact en gaat prettig om met mensen met verschillende achtergronden. - Je houdt overzicht en je blijft rustig in drukke of onverwachte situaties en zoekt praktische oplossingen. - Je communiceert helder en werkt graag samen.
