Voor onze klant in Nieuwpoort zoeken wij een AY Accountant.

Onze klant ontwerpt en produceert hoogtechnologische weeg-, sorteer- en portioneersystemen voor de voedingsindustrie. De oplossingen worden gebruikt binnen de verwerking van vis, vlees en gevogelte en vinden hun weg naar klanten in meer dan 30 landen.

Door de verdere internationale groei wordt ook finance verder uitgebouwd en geprofessionaliseerd. Daarom zoeken we een ervaren accountant die verder wil gaan dan alleen cijfers verwerken.

Wat ga je doen? Als AY Accountant sta je mee in voor de volledige boekhouding van A tot Y voor verschillende entiteiten. Je komt terecht in een finance team waar je verantwoordelijkheid krijgt en tegelijk nauw samenwerkt met collega's binnen én buiten finance.

Concreet:

  • Je verwerkt en controleert de financiële verrichtingen en zorgt voor een correcte boekhouding.
  • Je werkt mee aan maand- en jaarafsluitingen.
  • Je ondersteunt bij financiële rapporteringen en analyses.
  • Je volgt klanten- en leveranciersrekeningen en openstaande posten op.
  • Je bewaakt mee de cashflow en volgt betalingen nauwgezet op.
  • Je hebt regelmatig contact met andere afdelingen, waaronder sales en logistiek.
  • Je waakt over een correcte toepassing van de Belgische boekhoudkundige en fiscale regelgeving.
  • Je denkt actief mee over efficiëntere financiële processen.
  • Je werkt mee aan de verdere harmonisatie en professionalisering van de financiële werking binnen de verschillende entiteiten.
  • Je ondersteunt collega's binnen het finance team waar nodig.

We zoeken iemand die voldoende ervaring heeft om zelfstandig verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen en tegelijk graag deel uitmaakt van een team.

  • Je hebt een bachelor- of masterdiploma in Accountancy, Finance of een gelijkaardige richting.
  • Je hebt minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring binnen boekhouding.
  • Je hebt een sterke kennis van de Belgische boekhoud- en btw-regelgeving.
  • Je hebt ervaring met ERP-systemen en werkt vlot met Excel.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en houdt ervan dat cijfers kloppen.
  • Je bent analytisch sterk en zoekt oplossingen wanneer iets niet klopt.
  • Je neemt initiatief en wacht niet af tot iemand je vertelt wat er moet gebeuren.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels.
  • Ervaring binnen een internationale omgeving is mooi meegenomen.
