Over de functie

Voor een speler binnen de hospitalitysector zijn wij op zoek naar een AY-Accountant voor de regio Antwerpen. In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor de operationele boekhouding van vier hotels in Antwerpen. Je functioneert als het lokale aanspreekpunt voor accounting, met ondersteuning vanuit het finance team vanuit het hoofdkantoor.

Deze functie is ideaal voor een boekhoudkundig profiel dat graag autonoom werkt, houdt van een no-nonsense omgeving en goed kan omgaan met een dynamische organisatie in volle beweging. Er is ruimte voor vrijheid en zelfstandigheid, terwijl je tegelijk kan rekenen op ondersteuning waar nodig.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Je staat in voor de operationele boekhouding van vier entiteiten in Antwerpen;
  • Je verwerkt de dagelijkse boekhoudkundige verrichtingen nauwkeurig en tijdig;
  • Je ondersteunt bij de voorbereiding van maand- en jaarafsluitingen;
  • Je helpt mee bij btw-gerelateerde taken, met ondersteuning vanuit het bredere finance team;
  • Je volgt financiële documenten en administratieve processen correct op;
  • Je werkt nauw samen met collega's en onderhoudt duidelijke communicatie met internationale stakeholders;
  • Je denkt mee in een omgeving waar processen soms evolueren en weet structuur te brengen in een operationele context.

Jouw profiel

  • Je hebt een boekhoudkundige achtergrond en beschikt over minimaal 4 à 5 jaar relevante ervaring;
  • Je hebt een sterk operationele ingesteldheid en werkt graag hands-on;
  • Ervaring binnen de hotelsector is een grote troef;
  • Kennis van maandafsluiting, jaarafsluiting en btw is mooi meegenomen, maar geen must;
  • Je voelt je comfortabel in een zelfstandige rol waarin je lokaal verantwoordelijk bent voor de boekhouding;
  • Je kan goed omgaan met verandering en voelt je thuis in een omgeving met gezonde dynamiek;
  • Je communiceert vlot en professioneel;
  • Je werkt gestructureerd, maar bent tegelijk flexibel genoeg om snel te schakelen wanneer nodig.
