Deze Belgische onderneming produceert en verkoopt kaarsen en geurkaarsen voor bekende winkelketens, tuincentra en eigen merken in binnen- en buitenland. Als AY boekhouder versterk je het finance team en volg je de boekhouding mee op achter verschillende klanten, leveranciers en verkoopmarkten.

Jouw takenpakket als AY Accountant

  • Je beheert een belangrijk deel van de klantenboekhouding en facturatie, verwerkt verkoopfacturen en creditnota's en zorgt ervoor dat ontvangen betalingen correct worden toegewezen.
  • Bij openstaande klantenrekeningen neem je het debiteurenbeheer in handen, onderzoek je betalingsverschillen en houd je de vervaldata nauwgezet in het oog.
  • Richting de maandafsluiting controleer je verschillende rekeningen en lever je de nodige boekhoudkundige gegevens aan voor de btw-verplichtingen en voorbereiding van de jaarafsluiting.

Wat verwachten we van jou?

  • Met een Graduaat of Bachelor binnen Boekhouden of Accountancy op zak heb je ondertussen minstens 3 jaar relevante ervaring opgebouwd.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands, zodat je gemakkelijk communiceert met collega's en externe contacten.
  • Je bent analytisch en nauwkeurig en zoekt verschillen liever volledig uit dan ze zomaar te laten staan.
