Robert Half is momenteel op zoek naar een AY Boekhouder (m/v/x).

Onze klant is een groeiende en financieel gezonde productieonderneming in de bouwsector. De organisatie heeft een sterke reputatie opgebouwd dankzij haar focus op kwaliteit, betrouwbaarheid en duurzame langetermijnrelaties met klanten en leveranciers.

Je komt terecht in een hecht Finance & Administration-team waar je nauw samenwerkt met de CFO. De nadruk van deze functie ligt voornamelijk op de operationele boekhouding en financiële administratie. Ongeveer 80% van je tijd besteed je aan boekhoudkundige taken en financiële opvolging, terwijl je daarnaast ondersteuning biedt bij de administratieve verwerking van aankoopprocessen.

De verantwoordelijkheden van deze functie als AY Boekhouder (m/v/x) zijn:

Boekhouding

  • Verwerken van financiële verrichtingen zoals bank- en kasbewegingen;
  • Controleren, verwerken en goedkeuren van inkomende facturen;
  • Uitvoeren en opvolgen van leveranciersbetalingen;
  • Beheren van het debiteurenbeheer en opvolgen van openstaande klantenbetalingen;
  • Ondersteunen van de maandafsluiting en uitvoeren van balansreconciliaties;
  • Verwerken en opvolgen van materiële vaste activa en afschrijvingen;
  • Opmaken van Belgische btw-aangiften, intracommunautaire aangiften en Intrastat-aangiften;
  • Voorbereiden van de jaarrekening en het fiscaal dossier voor het externe accountantskantoor;
  • Opmaken van financiële en operationele rapporteringen ter ondersteuning van het management;
  • Signaleren van afwijkingen, risico's en optimalisatiemogelijkheden;
  • Ondersteunen van cashplanning en budgetteringsprocessen;
  • Instaan voor het beheer van verzekeringen en het wagenpark.

Aankoop

  • Opmaken en beheren van aankooporders binnen het ERP-systeem;
  • Uitvoeren van de drieweg-matching tussen aankooporder, ontvangst en factuur;
  • Controleren en verwerken van aankoopfacturen;
  • Verwerken van documenten via de digitale aankoop- en Peppol-workflow;
  • Aanmaken en onderhouden van leveranciersgegevens;
  • Opvolgen van leveranciersaanmaningen en leveranciersrekeningen.

De vereiste kwalificaties voor deze functie van AY Boekhouder (m/v/x) zijn:

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of graduaatsdiploma Accountancy-Fiscaliteit of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring;
  • Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar relevante ervaring binnen een boekhoudkundige functie;
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van de Belgische btw-regelgeving;
  • Je bent vertrouwd met operationele boekhouding en financiële administratie;
  • Ervaring met ERP-systemen is een pluspunt;
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail;
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor jouw dossiers;
  • Je gaat discreet om met vertrouwelijke informatie;
  • Je beschikt over sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en weet prioriteiten te stellen;
  • Je bent analytisch ingesteld en denkt proactief mee over verbeteringen;
  • Je combineert een hands-on mentaliteit met een professionele werkhouding.
