Je nieuwe werkomgeving

Je komt terecht in een collegiaal en enthousiast team, waar een sterke teamspirit heerst. De organisatie is in volle groei en structuur is nog in opbouw. Verwacht dus geen strak afgelijnde processen, maar wél een omgeving waarin iedereen bijspringt waar nodig. Met een hoofdkantoor in de regio Ieper en extra vestigingen in andere Vlaamse en Noord-Franse locaties telt de groep zo'n 160 medewerkers, waarvan een 50-tal bedienden verspreid over de kantoren.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Als Boekhouder A-Y neem je de eindverantwoordelijkheid over de boekhoudkundige werking van de groep. Je ondersteunt je collega's, bewaakt de kwaliteit van de cijfers en werkt samen met externe partners.

  • Je staat in voor de volledige A-Y boekhouding van een tiental vennootschappen (Belgische én Franse)
  • Je zorgt voor een correcte voorbereiding van de jaarafsluitingen
  • Je werkt nauw samen met het externe accountantskantoor voor de opmaak van de jaarrekeningen
  • Je helpt bij het verder uitwerken van de analytische boekhouding, die momenteel in ontwikkeling is
  • Je werkt met het boekhoudpakket BOB 50 (Sage), maar denkt ook mee over een toekomstige overstap naar Business Central
  • Je fungeert als sparringpartner voor de verantwoordelijke en het team, zonder dat de functie veel externe communicatie vereist

Wat breng je mee?

  • Minstens 2 jaar ervaring als boekhouder in een kmo-context of boekhoudkantoor
  • Je voelt je thuis in een omgeving waar praktisch denken en doen centraal staan
  • Grondige kennis van Belgische boekhoudprincipes, ervaring met Franse entiteiten is een plus
  • Je werkt gestructureerd, maar speelt ook flexibel in op ad hoc situaties
