Voor een internationale onderneming in Nieuwpoort zijn we op zoek naar een AY-boekhouder.

Jobomschrijving

In deze functie zorg je mee voor een correcte verwerking en opvolging van verschillende financiële processen. Je takenpakket is gevarieerd en omvat onder andere:

  • Instaan voor de verwerking en controle van inkomende facturen.
  • Opvolgen van de verschillende facturatieprocessen en zorgen dat deze administratief correct verlopen.
  • Werken met een ERP-systeem voor de registratie en verwerking van financiële gegevens.
  • Opstellen van overzichten, analyses en rapporteringen in Excel.
  • Verzorgen van de maandelijkse rekeningafstemmingen tussen verschillende entiteiten.
  • Meewerken binnen andere financiële domeinen, zoals klantenboekhouding, grootboek en aankoopadministratie.
  • Collega's ondersteunen waar nodig en actief bijdragen aan het optimaliseren van financiële processen.

Must haves

  • Je hebt een opleiding gevolgd binnen boekhouding, bedrijfsadministratie, handel of een gelijkaardige richting.
  • Je hebt reeds een eerste professionele ervaring binnen finance of boekhouding.
  • Je bent analytisch ingesteld en werkt gestructureerd en zorgvuldig.
  • Je neemt initiatief, werkt zelfstandig en zoekt actief naar praktische oplossingen.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met Excel en andere MS Office-toepassingen en hebt ervaring met een ERP-omgeving.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands en Engels.
  • Je kan je vlot uitdrukken in Frans en schrikt er niet voor terug om regelmatig Frans te spreken.

Nice to haves

  • Ervaring met Microsoft Dynamics AX.
  • Kennis van Duits.
  • Interesse in het verder ontwikkelen van je kennis binnen accounting en finance.
