Descripción: Hofmann Personal busca AYUDANTES DE ALMACÉN para empresa de Kassel, Alemania. Funciones: Responsable de la carga de mercancías terminadas y embaladas en camiones y contenedores. Garantizar que todos los envíos salgan puntualmente del almacén. Capacidad para realizar actividades de preparación de pedidos y almacenamiento a nivel del suelo. Cumplimiento de los procedimientos de seguridad adecuados para minimizar los riesgos para uno/a mismo y para los demás. Responsable del embalaje de palés y del movimiento de palés con transpaletas manuales. Capacidad para transportar cajas pesadas/fuerza física, en función de los requisitos de los futuros clientes. Responsable de la higiene personal, la limpieza del almacén y la seguridad medioambiental. Requisitos: Se valora/prefiere experiencia previa en almacén. Conocimientos en el manejo de escáneres manuales, responsabilidad propia en el manejo de equipos. Se valorará la formación y los conocimientos en carga segura. Flexibilidad para trabajar en turnos (incluidos turnos nocturnos, domingos y festivos). Se ofrece: Atractiva remuneración regulada por tarifa: 15 €/hora bruto. Extras en Turnos nocturnos (25%), domingos (50%) y festivos (100%). Contrato indefinido de 151,67 h/mes + bolsa de horas. 25 días de vacaciones remuneradas por año. Apoyo y asesoramiento en todo el proceso de selección y contratación en español. Ayuda en la búsqueda de vivienda y en los trámites burocráticos para poder trabajar en Alemania. La empresa no cubre gastos de viaje ni el coste mensual de la vivienda.
