The posting

Voor een kleinschalig, familiaal boekhoudkantoor in regio Hechtel-Eksel zoeken we een AZ Dossierbeheerder (m/v/x) met enkele jaren ervaring.

Het kantoor bestaat uit een hecht team van vijf medewerkers en een zaakvoerder. Dit is een zeer modern kantoor en vlot bereikbaar. Een familiale sfeer vind je hier meteen terug.

De functie

Als AZ Dossierbeheerder beheer je je eigen klantenportefeuille van A tot Z.

Dat betekent:

  • * Inboeken van aankoop-, verkoop- en financiële verrichtingen;
  • * Voorbereiden én verwerken van btw-aangiften;
  • * Voorbereiden van tussentijdse cijfers en jaarafsluitingen;
  • * Opvolgen van deadlines, attesten en fiscale verplichtingen;
  • * Klantcontact (beperkte telefonie, voornamelijk mail & geplande afspraken);
  • * Adviseren waar mogelijk, of voorbereiden voor de zaakvoerder;
  • * Ervaring met consolidaties is een zeer groot pluspunt Het kantoor houdt van rustige, hands-on gestructureerde; dossierbeheerders die zelfstandig kunnen werken maar wél passen in een familiale sfeer.

Wie zoeken we?

Jij bent de ideale kandidaat als je:

  • Minstens beschikt over een Bachelor Accountancy-Fiscaliteit (Graduaat mogelijk bij sterke ervaring).
  • Woonachtig in de regio (binnen 15km / 20km rond Hechtel Eksel).
  • Zeer goed Nederlands spreekt.
  • Reeds enkele jaren ervaring hebt binnen een boekhoudkantoor.
  • Vlot werkt met boekhoudsoftware, nauwkeurig bent en fiscale veranderingen opvolgt.
  • Kennis van Adsolut is een pluspunt.
  • Goede Excel kennis hebt.
  • Rustige persoonlijkheid, gestructureerde werker, teamspele.
  • Graag verantwoordelijkheid opneemt en duurzaam wil meebouwen aan een klein kantoor.
