Seit über 100 Jahren prägt Weissensteiner als traditionsreiches Familienunternehmen die Bäcker- und Konditorkultur maßgeblich und ist mit 12 Bäcker- und Kaffeefilialen im Raum Kärnten beheimatet.

Auch heute noch legen wir ganz besonderen Wert auf Qualität und Frische. Deshalb stellen wir auch heute noch all unsere Köstlichkeiten in liebevoller Handarbeit her.

Neben höchster Produktqualität legen wir besonderen Wert auf zuvorkommende Dienstleistung uns suchen zur Verstärkung unseres Teams eine/n 1 Bäcker/in Voll- und Teilzeit möglich

Arbeitszeit: Montag bis Freitag (auch sonntags möglich, dafür unter der Woche frei)

Was wird erwartet:

- Erzeugung und Ausfertigung von Brot- und Gebäcksorten

- Fertigung von Plunder

- Mitarbeit an der Gestaltung einer effizienten Produktion

- Betreuung und selbständiges Arbeiten in einer Produktionslinie

- Einhaltung aller Qualitätsstandards

- Sorgsamer Umgang mit Lebensmitteln und betrieblichen Arbeitsmaterialien

- Sicherstellung einer effizienten Produktion unter Einhaltung einschlägiger Qualitäts- und Hygienerichtlinien, Einhaltung Hygienevorschriften (inkl. HACCP)

- Mitarbeit bei der Optimierung von Herstellprozessen

Ihr Profil:

- Abgeschlossene Lehre Bäcker

- Gutes technisches Verständnis

- Selbständige kreative und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

- Facharbeiter/in oder Meister/in mit abgeschlossener Bäckerlehre

- Begeisterung für Lebensmittel

- Einwandfreier Leumund

Für diese Position bieten wir ein Monatsgehalt von 2.239,78 Euro brutto im Monat bei Vollzeit, mit ausdrücklicher Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung, welche sich nach Ihren persönlichen Qualifikationen und Erfahrungen richtet.
