Wir beschäftigen ca. 400 Mitarbeiter/innen und zählen seit 30 Jahren zu den größten Krapfen-Produzenten und Bio-Bäckern Österreichs.

DEINE AUFGABEN:

* Teig mischen, Steuerung und Überwachung einer Produktionsanlage

* Führung von MitarbeiterInnen, Unterstützung durch KollegInnen

* Einhaltung der Produktions- und Qualitätsvorgaben

* Kontrolle der Wartungs- und Reinigungsarbeiten

* Aufzeichnungen führen (Zahlen in unser Protokoll eintragen)

DAS BRINGST DU MIT:

* Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Lehre als Bäcker/in oder Konditor/in

* Erfahrung in der Lebensmittelbranche wünschenswert und von Vorteil

* Technisches Verständnis und Lernbereitschaft

* Zuverlässigkeit, Qualitätsbewusstsein, Genauigkeit

* Bereitschaft zur Wochenend- und Überstundenarbeit

* wöchentlicher Schichtwechsel (es gibt 3 Schichten: 6 Uhr, 14 Uhr, 22 Uhr)

* 5 bis 6-Tage Woche

* verfügbarer PKW erforderlich
