Dein Tätigkeitsbereich:

* Du bist in wechselnden Positionen (laut Dienstplan) tätig, damit du in allen Arbeitsbereichen unserer Backstube fit bist.

(Mischerei, Tafel, Plunder, Ofen)

* Als Teamplayer arbeitest Du Hand in Hand mit deinen Kollegen/innen. Du schätzt den direkten Austausch und die gegenseitige Unterstützung.

* Tafelarbeit - handwerkliche Herstellung von Brot, Gebäck und Plunder.

* Kenntnisse im Umgang mit dem Ofen, insbesondere im Betrieb von Stikken- und Etagenöfen, sind von Vorteil.

* Mischerei - Herstellen von Teigen unter Einhaltung unserer Rezeptur- und Herstellungsparameter.

* Weiterentwicklung und Verbesserung unserer Backwaren/Herstellungsprozesse

Anforderungen:

* Abgeschlossenen Meisterprüfung oder Bäckergeselle

* oder absolvierte Meisterschule und du möchtest erste Führungsverantwortung übernehmen

* Teamfähigkeit und die Fähigkeit, auch in stressigen Situationen einen kühlen Kopf zu bewahren.

* Flexibilität und die Bereitschaft, sich neuen Herausforderungen anzupassen und sich ständig weiter zu entwickeln.

* Selbstständiges Arbeiten liegt dir im Blut.

Das Mindestentgelt beträgt 2.547,90 EUR brutto pro Monat auf Basis Vollzeitbeschäftigung zuzüglich Nachtzuschläge. Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.
