Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir an unserem Standort in HIMBERG (südliche Wiener Stadtgrenze) eine/n 1 Büro-Allrounder_in * ab sofort

* Vollzeit

* unbefristet

Ihre Aufgaben

* Gästeempfang, Telefonvermittlung, Organisation von Eingangs- und Ausgangspost, Registrierkassa sowie Büromaterialverwaltung, Werbemittelerhebung und -verwaltung und Erfassung der Eingangsrechnungen in BMD

* Administrative und organisatorische Unterstützung der regionalen Vertriebsleitung

* Einarbeitung in bestehende Vertriebsprozesse und Systeme sowie Support im Vertrieb, wie z.B. Angebots- und Auftragsabwicklung, Fakturenerstellung und Lieferscheinverwaltung

* Stammdatenanlage und -pflege von Kund_innen und Lieferant_innen sowie Systempflege des EDV-Programmes zur Auftragsabwicklung und Fakturierung inklusive telefonischem Kundenkontakt

* Aktive Zusammenarbeit mit den Kolleg_innen in Verkauf, Logistik und Produktion

Ihr Profil

* Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder kaufmännisch/technische Ausbildung (wie z.B. HAK, HAS, HBLA, Lehre)

* Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse von Vorteil

* Teamplayer/in mit professionellem, natürlichem und freundlichem Auftreten

* Dienstleistungsorientierung und Flexibilität

* Entsprechende Deutschkenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil

* Arbeitszeiten: Montag bis Freitag Beginn ab 07.30 Uhr; Montag bis Donnerstag Ende 16.30 Uhr, Freitag Ende 14.00 Uhr

Für diese Position bieten wir ein monatliches Bruttogehalt ab € 2.500,--. Je nach Berufserfahrung und Qualifikation besteht die Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung. Die Stelle unterliegt dem KV für Angestellte im Güterbeförderungsgewerbe.
