DEINE AUFGABEN

Du bist eine wichtige Schnittstelle in unserem Unternehmen und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Kunden von der Anfrage bis zur Abwicklung professionell betreut werden.

Deine Aufgaben umfassen unter anderem:

* persönliche und telefonische Kundenbetreuung * Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen * Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Unterlagen * Unterstützung bei Angeboten und Aufträgen * Auftragsbearbeitung und administrative Tätigkeiten * Kommunikation mit Kunden und Lieferanten * allgemeine Büroorganisation * Datenpflege und Dokumentation * Unterstützung des Teams bei den täglichen Büroabläufen

WAS DU MITBRINGEN SOLLTEST

Du musst nicht alles können.

Wichtiger ist uns, dass du mitdenkst, Verantwortung übernimmst und deine Aufgaben selbstständig erledigst.

Du solltest:

* freundlich und professionell auftreten * Freude am Umgang mit Kunden haben * zuverlässig und verantwortungsbewusst sein * selbstständig und strukturiert arbeiten können * gut organisiert sein und den Überblick behalten * sicher mit Computer und gängigen Office-Anwendungen umgehen können * dich gut ausdrücken können - telefonisch wie schriftlich * gerne im Team arbeiten * Eigeninitiative zeigen und mitdenken * auch in stressigen Situationen ruhig und lösungsorientiert bleiben

Erfahrung im Bereich Büro, Auftragsbearbeitung, Bau, Handwerk oder Sonnenschutz ist von Vorteil, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich.

Wenn du lernbereit bist und dich schnell in neue Aufgaben einarbeitest, geben wir dir die Möglichkeit, dich bei uns weiterzuentwickeln.
