Wir suchen aktuell 1 BÜROKAUFKRAFT (m/w/d)

Zielgruppe: Beim AMS Wien gemeldete Personen ab 18 Jahren, die über keine oder keine verwertbare Ausbildung verfügen.

Anforderungsprofil:

Interesse an Bürotätigkeiten im medizintechnischen Bereich Teamfähigkeit Freude am direkten Kund*innenkontakt - telefonisch und schriftlich sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Erfahrung mit gängigen Microsoft Office Programmen wie Word, Excel, PowerPoint und Outlook umgehen Eigenverantwortung, Organisationsfähigkeit und Flexibilität

Ihr Aufgabenbereich:

Unterstützung beim Office Management im Bereich des Bestellwesens Lagerverwaltung und Versandabwicklung telefonischer und schriftlicher Kund*innensupport Angebotslegung und Rechnungsprüfung Verwaltung von Dokumentation und Ablage Kontrolle von Datenbanken Überarbeiten von bestehenden und Erstellen von neuen Dokumentvorlagen

Was wir bieten:

selbstständiges Arbeiten in einem modernen Betrieb mit flacher Hierarchie und direkter Kommunikation kollegiales und motiviertes Team mit langjähriger Erfahrung

Ziel: Übernahme in ein Dienstverhältnis nach Ausbildungsende. Bezahlung laut Kollektivvertrag brutto

€ 2.195,00,- monatlich auf Vollzeitbasis.

Sie werden im Rahmen von AQUA (Arbeitsplatznahe Qualifizierung) eine Lehre am 2. Bildungsweg und ein betriebliches Praktikum absolvieren. Die Dauer ist auf die Hälfte der regulären Lehrzeit festgelegt, maximal jedoch 20 Monate. Sie erhalten für die Dauer der Ausbildung weiterhin Arbeitslosengeld, Notstandshilfe oder Beihilfe zur Deckung des Lebensunterhaltes.
