Wir suchen interessierte Mitarbeiter_innen für eine Ausbildung im Rahmen des Programms ARBEITSPLATZNAHE QUALIFIZIERUNG (AQUA), gefördert durch das AMS und das Land Oberösterreich. Dieses Modell bietet Ihnen die Chance zur Qualifizierung - bis hin zum Lehrabschluss!

Ihre Aufgaben während der Ausbildung:

* Unterstützung bei der Verwaltung und Organisation des Büroalltags

* Kommunikation mit Kund_innen, Partner_innen und internen Abteilungen

* Bearbeitung von Rechnungen, Angeboten und Aufträgen

* Mitarbeit in Bereichen wie Personalwesen und Veranstaltungsmanagement

* Organisation und Betreuung von Meetings, Konferenzen und Events

* Einsatz moderner Bürosoftware und digitaler Tools

Das bringen Sie mit:

* Interesse an kaufmännischen Abläufen und moderner Büroorganisation

* Sorgfältige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

* Teamgeist, Engagement und Zuverlässigkeit

* Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) von Vorteil

* Die Ausbildungsinhalte setzen sich aus einer theoretischen Ausbildung in einer Schulungseinrichtung und einer praktischen Ausbildung im Betrieb zusammen.

* Für die gesamte Dauer der Ausbildung bleiben Sie beim AMS arbeitslos gemeldet und bekommen zusätzlich zum Bezug des Arbeitslosengeldes einen Schulungszuschlag.

* Nach Abschluss der Ausbildung ist die Übernahme in ein Dienstverhältnis vorgesehen
