Unser Onlineshop ist ein wesentlicher Bestandteil unseres Unternehmens. Wir möchten unseren Kunden ein ansprechendes, verständliches und reibungsloses Einkaufserlebnis bieten. Dafür suchen wir eine Person, die unsere Websites und Shopify-Shops technisch und gestalterisch weiterentwickelt, eigene Ideen einbringt und Verbesserungen selbstständig umsetzt.

Deine Aufgaben

* Du erledigst laufende Büroarbeiten rund um unser Amazon-Verkäuferkonto

* Du pflegst Produktdaten, Texte und Bilder und hältst unsere Angebote aktuell

* Du behältst Bestellungen, Lagerbestände und offene Aufgaben im Blick und stimmst dich dazu mit unserem Team ab

* Du bearbeitest Anfragen und unterstützt bei Rücksendungen und Erstattungen

* Du klärst offene Fragen mit dem Amazon-Support und verfolgst deren Bearbeitung

* Du unterstützt bei einfachen Auswertungen, Verkaufsaktionen und der Betreuung unserer Werbeanzeigen

Dein Profil

* Du arbeitest sorgfältig, strukturiert und zuverlässig

* Du bist lernbereit und hast Freude daran, dich in neue Aufgaben und Programme einzuarbeiten

* Du gehst sicher mit dem Computer, E-Mails und gängigen Office-Anwendungen um

* Du hast ein gutes Zahlenverständnis und behältst bei mehreren Aufgaben den Überblick

* Der Tätigkeit entsprechend gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift zum Verstehen von Arbeitsanweisungen und zur internen Kommunikation

* Eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Erfahrung im Büro ist von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung

* Amazon-Vorkenntnisse sind nicht erforderlich. Entscheidend sind deine Motivation, deine Lernbereitschaft und eine sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
