Unser Standort: der 22. Bezirk in Wien. Unser Einsatzgebiet: vorwiegend Wien / Niederösterreich, teilweise österreich- und deutschlandweit. Unser Ziel: Wir sind nicht Integrator für Sicherheitstechnik, wir sind der Partner, der weiß, welche Lösung der Kunde braucht, bevor er es weiß. 1 Bürokaufmann/-frau (w/m/d) Ihre Aufgaben:

* Termine mit Kunden vereinbaren und mit den Technikern abstimmen

* Bei offenen Angeboten und laufenden Projekten nachfragen, wie der Stand ist

* Bestellungen nach Vorgabe auslösen, Auftragsbestätigungen und Wareneingänge erfassen

* Schriftverkehr mit Lieferanten und Abwicklung von Retouren

* Telefon, Post, Ablage und Unterstützung der Geschäftsführung

Sie arbeiten dabei nach klarer Vorgabe. Was Sie noch nicht können, zeigen wir Ihnen.

Das brauchen wir von Ihnen:

* Kommunikationssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, weil Sie direkt an Kunden schreiben

* Organisationstalent. Sie behalten mehrere Dinge gleichzeitig im Blick und vergessen nichts

* Sicherer Umgang mit PC, Word und Excel

* Lust zu telefonieren und Freude daran, Dinge zu ordnen

* Eine abgeschlossene Schulausbildung. Lehre, Fachschule, HAK oder AHS, alles passt

Berufserfahrung brauchen Sie keine.

Das bekommen Sie:

* 30 bis 38,5 Wochenstunden mit Gleitzeit

* Eine echte Einschulung durch die Kollegin, die diese Aufgaben heute macht.

* Kein Sprung ins kalte Wasser

* Ein kleines Team, in dem Sie ab dem ersten Tag gebraucht werden und Entscheidungen am selben Tag fallen

* Einen unbefristeten Arbeitsplatz in 1230 Wien

* Wenn Sie sich einarbeiten und mehr übernehmen wollen, wächst die Stelle mit. Das ist ausdrücklich so gedacht.

Gehalt: KV-Mindestgrundgehalt 2.199,15 EUR brutto pro Monat auf Vollzeitbasis von 38,5 Wochenstunden, bei 30 Wochenstunden 1.713,62 EUR. Wir zahlen über Kollektivvertrag, wenn Sie entsprechende Kenntnisse mitbringen.
