Wir verstärken unser Team und suchen eine 1 Bürokraft für Nachhaltigkeits- & Zertifikatsmanagement (m/w/d) Teilzeit oder Vollzeit remote ab sofort

Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Nachhaltigkeit, Umweltmanagement, Qualitätsmanagement, Betriebswirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation?

Sie haben ein ausgeprägtes Organisations- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein, und eine strukturierte, und selbstständige Arbeitsweise?

Stellenbeschreibung:

Wir suchen eine zusätzliche Kraft im Büro für CSR, Nachhaltigkeitsmanagement, Auftragsbearbeitung und Fakturierung. Wir freuen uns über gute EDV-Kenntnisse, Lernbereitschaft und Ihre aufgeschlossene, offene Art. Der Umgang mit Excel und Word, Aufgaben im Zahlungsverkehr zählen zu Ihrer Arbeit. WiedereinsteigerInnen sind willkommen!

Ihren Aufgaben:

* Koordination, Betreuung, Weiterentwicklung und Dokumentation relevanter Zertifizierungen und Managementsysteme

* Vorbereitung, Begleitung und Nachbereitung von internen und externen Audits

* Koordination von Zertifizierungsprozessen und Zusammenarbeit mit Zertifizierungsstellen, AuditorInnen und externen Partnern.

* Erhebung, Aufbereitung und Pflege relevanter Nachhaltigkeits- und Unternehmenskennzahlen und Berichten

* Identifikation von Verbesserungspotenzialen und Entwicklung konkreter Nachhaltigkeitsmaßnahmen und Projekten

* Pflege von Dokumentationen, Richtlinien und Nachweisen

* Sensibilisierung und Unterstützung der Mitarbeiter bei Nachhaltigkeits- und Zertifizierungsthemen

Von Vorteil:

* Berufserfahrung im Nachhaltigkeits-, Qualitäts-, Umwelt- oder Zertifizierungsmanagement

* Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Fachbereichen

* Solide Deutsch und Englisch Kenntnisse für die Zusammenarbeit mit externen Stakeholdern

* geregelte Arbeitszeiten: Montag bis Freitag 8:45 - 17:00 Uhr
