Für einen renommierten Kunden, ein Speditionsunternehmen mit Standort im Bezirk Salzburg-Umgebung, suchen wir ab sofort eine engagierte und zuverlässige Bürokraft (m/w/d) für den Bereich Stückgutfertigung und bieten eine Anstellung in Teil- oder Vollzeit, jedenfalls mindestens 30 Wochenstunden 1 Bürokraft (m/w/d) ab 30 Wochenstunden

für Bereich Stückgutfertigung

Ihr Profil:

· einschlägige Berufserfahrung aus dem kaufmännischen Bereich

· bestenfalls aus dem Speditions- bzw. Logistikbereich

· gute EDV-Anwenderkenntnisse

· der Position entsprechende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

· Englischkenntnisse ebenso, weitere Sprachen wünschenswert

· Teamfähigkeit, Motivation und Zuverlässigkeit

Ihr Aufgabengebiet:

· Unterstützung in der Abteilung Stückgutabfertigung

· Datenerfassungen und Kontrolle

· Dokumentenabwicklung (Erstellung, Prüfung, Ausgabe, etc.)

· Koordination der internen Kommunikation zwischen Büro und Lager

· Unterstützung des vorhandenen Teams bei jeglichen Belangen
