Wir suchen ab sofort: 1 Bürokraft mit Schwerpunkt Vertrieb - Teilzeit ab 25-30 Std/Woche Teilzeitbeschäftigung im Ausmaß von 25-30 Wochenstunden

Ihre Aufgaben

Zur Verstärkung unseres Vertriebsteams suchen wir eine engagierte Bürokraft, die Freude am Kundenkontakt hat und unsere Vertriebsprozesse aktiv unterstützt.

* Professionelle Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen via Telefon und E-Mail

* Abwicklung von Kundenaufträge über unser ERP-System - ABAS (Kenntnisse von Vorteil)

* Bearbeitung von Serviceanfragen und Garantiefällen

* Koordination der Auftragsabwicklung von der Anfrage bis hin zur Rechnungsstellung

* Verwaltung und Pflege der Kundenstammdaten

* Unterstützung des Teams durch allgemeine Backoffice Tätigkeiten

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (HAK, HLW, kaufmännische Lehre) oder befinden sich am Start des Berufslebens bzw. nutzen die Chance als Um- oder Wiedereinstieg

* Sehr gute MS Office-Kenntnisse

* Erfahrungen mit Warenwirtschaftssystemen

* Englisch Grundkenntnisse

* Freude am Umgang mit Menschen

* Hands-on Mentalität und Zuverlässigkeit

* Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit

Ihr Gehalt

Gesetzlich sind wir dazu verpflichtet, das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt anzugeben. Diese beträgt 2.059,41 € brutto/Monat. Wir sind aber gern zu einer Überbezahlung auf Grund ihrer Qualifikation, Erfahrung und Eigenengagement bereit.
