Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams am Hauptstützpunkt in St.Johann im Pongau suchen wir nach Vereinbarung in Vollzeitbeschäftigung 1 Büromitarbeiter_in für Schwerpunkt Verrechnung und administrative Unterstützung der Personalabteilung 40 Std/Woche

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams an unserer Homebase in St. Johann im Pongau suchen wir ab sofort eine engagierte und zuverlässige Persönlichkeit für den Bereich Verrechnung sowie zur administrativen Unterstützung unserer Personalabteilung.

Deine Aufgaben

* Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Ausgangsrechnungen

* Unterstützung der Personalabteilung bei administrativen und organisatorischen Tätigkeiten

* Allgemeine Büro- und Verwaltungstätigkeiten

* Selbstständige und sorgfältige Bearbeitung der übertragenen Aufgaben

Das bringst du mit

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung oder erfolgreicher Abschluss einer HAK/HAS bzw. vergleichbare Ausbildung

* Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bürobereich

* Idealerweise bereits Erfahrung in der Verrechnung

* Sehr genaue, strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise

* Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

* Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, insbesondere Word, Excel und Outlook

* Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
