In deze rol ben je de spil tussen sales, klanten en interne afdelingen. Je zorgt voor een vlotte opvolging van het volledige klantproces: van een goedgekeurde offerte tot facturatie en levering. Dankzij jouw gestructureerde aanpak verloopt alles efficiënt, correct en klantgericht.

Jouw takenpakket

  • Administratieve verwerking en opvolging van klantorders, van bestelling over levering tot en met facturatie en betaling;
  • Opstellen, verwerken en opvolgen van offertes en ondersteunen van accountmanagement team in dagelijkse werking;
  • Professioneel servicen van al onze B2B klanten: vragen beantwoorden over het aanbod of B2B tools en digitale platformen, klachten of operationele problemen snel en oplossingsgericht behandelen.
  • Opvolgen van de logistieke processen zodat leveringen tijdig en correct gebeuren.
  • Verzamelen, structureren en updaten van klant-, markt- en aanbestedingsinformatie.
  • Verzamelen en beheren van alle nodige documenten, certificaten en informatie voor tenders en aanbestedingsdossiers.

Je bent een administratieve professional die graag het overzicht bewaart en nauwkeurig werkt. Je schakelt vlot tussen verschillende taken en behoudt ook onder druk een hoog kwaliteitsniveau.

Daarnaast herken je jezelf in volgende kenmerken:

  • Je hebt minstens 3 jaar ervaring in een administratieve functie binnen een commerciële of B2B-omgeving. Je bouwde een goede kennis van verkoopprocessen en administratieve opvolging op.
  • Je hebt sterke communicatieve vaardigheden, werkt gestructureerd en georganiseerd en gaat zorgvuldig om met informatie.
  • Je bent sterk in het oplossen van problemen en werkt hierbij klant- en servicegericht.
  • Je bent betrouwbaar en neemt verantwoordelijkheid en blijft kalm en efficiënt in drukke periodes.
  • Je gebruikt vlot digitale tools zoals Office-toepassingen en courante computerprogramma’s en eigent je interne systemen makkelijk toe.
