In deze rol benader je telefonisch potentiële zakelijke klanten, wek je interesse voor onze dienstverlening en plan je kwalitatieve afspraken in voor onze accountmanagers in de buitendienst. Over de functie Als B2B Afsprakenplanner ben jij een belangrijke schakel tussen potentiële klanten en onze accountmanagers. Jij: - Benadert potentiële zakelijke klanten telefonisch en legt het eerste contact - Weet op een enthousiaste en professionele manier interesse te wekken bij de juiste contactpersonen - Plant kwalitatieve en concrete afspraken in voor onze accountmanagers in de buitendienst - Denkt actief mee over commerciële kansen en het verbeteren van campagnes - Werkt doelgericht en haalt samen met het team de afgesproken resultaten Functie eisen Je bent communicatief sterk, enthousiast en weet op een natuurlijke manier interesse te wekken bij potentiële klanten. Daarnaast herken jij jezelf in het volgende: - Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal goed, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. - Je bent proactief, klantgericht en niet bang om de telefoon op te pakken. - Je kunt goed zelfstandig werken, denkt in oplossingen en hebt een praktische instelling. - Je bent doelgericht, laat je niet snel uit het veld slaan en krijgt energie van het behalen van resultaten. Ervaring in sales of telefonische acquisitie is mooi meegenomen, maar zeker geen must. Wij vinden jouw motivatie, communicatieve vaardigheden en de juiste mindset belangrijker.
