APEX Racing Hub groeit – en we zoeken iemand die mee wil bouwen.

APEX Racing Hub is een jong en ambitieus bedrijf op Corda Campus in Hasselt. We combineren high-end simracing, driver development, corporate events en de brug tussen simulator en echte autosport.

Na de uitbouw van ons concept en aanbod willen we nu vooral onze commerciële groei versnellen. Daarom zoeken we een B2B Business Developer & Marketing Manager met commerciële drive, initiatief en vooral veel goesting om mee te ondernemen.

Jouw belangrijkste uitdaging

Je helpt APEX verder uitbouwen als dé locatie voor bedrijven, teambuildings, corporate events en simulatorverhuur.

De nadruk ligt daarbij sterk op B2B business development: nieuwe bedrijven benaderen, opportuniteiten ontdekken, partnerships opbouwen en commerciële trajecten van eerste contact tot concrete samenwerking begeleiden.

Wat ga je doen?

Je krijgt een brede en ondernemende functie waarin sales, marketing en events samenkomen:

  • Actief prospecteren naar bedrijven en nieuwe B2B-klanten
  • Bedrijven overtuigen van onze teambuildings, corporate events en raceconcepten
  • Simulatorverhuur en APEX-events commercieel in de markt zetten
  • Leads en commerciële opportuniteiten actief opvolgen
  • Relaties uitbouwen met bedrijven op Corda Campus en daarbuiten
  • Nieuwe partnerships en samenwerkingen ontwikkelen
  • Offertes en eventconcepten mee uitwerken en opvolgen
  • Corporate events mee voorbereiden en organiseren
  • Commerciële acties en campagnes bedenken en uitvoeren
  • Social media mee beheren en relevante content creëren
  • Foto-, video- en andere content helpen ontwikkelen
  • Meewerken aan nieuwsbrieven, website en online communicatie
  • Opportuniteiten zoeken voor pers, media en lokale zichtbaarheid
  • Meedenken over hoe we het merk APEX verder kunnen laten groeien

Kortom: je wacht niet tot de telefoon rinkelt, maar zorgt ervoor dat hij rinkelt.

Diploma of jarenlange ervaring zijn voor ons minder belangrijk dan commerciële feeling, persoonlijkheid en drive.

We zoeken iemand die:

  • commercieel en communicatief sterk is
  • gemakkelijk contact legt met ondernemers en bedrijven
  • initiatief neemt en zelfstandig kan werken
  • kansen ziet én er effectief mee aan de slag gaat
  • resultaatgericht is
  • affiniteit heeft met marketing en social media
  • vlot Nederlands spreekt en schrijft
  • voldoende professioneel Engels beheerst
  • georganiseerd is en verschillende projecten tegelijk kan opvolgen
  • zich thuis voelt in een jonge, dynamische en ondernemende omgeving

Affiniteit met automotive, motorsport, simracing of events is uiteraard mooi meegenomen, maar geen vereiste.
