Specifieke taken:

  • Als Business Development / Sales Coördinator, neem jij mee de leiding in het uitbouwen van onze verkoopactiviteiten.
  • Je legt contact met potentiële klanten en overtuigt hen van de meerwaarde van onze innovatieve producten.
  • Je bepaalt mee onze verkoopstrategie voor onze producten en diensten, en je voert deze uit.
  • Onze klanten zijn business klanten (groothandels, installateurs, enz.).
  • Je ondersteunt evenementen en bedenkt commerciële acties om onze producten en diensten te promoten.
  • Deelname aan beurzen, zowel nationaal als internationaal.
  • Opstellen van een plan van aanpak.
  • Verwerken van aanvragen en orders, opstellen en opvolgen van offertes.
  • In nauwe samenwerking met de marketingafdeling zorg je voor duidelijke externe communicatie, waarbij de website en sociale media steeds up-to-date zijn.
  • Mee vastleggen en opvolgen van KPI’s.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de marketing-communicatie-, administratieve en logistieke afdeling.
  • 40% van je tijd spendeer je bij klanten en prospects.

Vereisten:

  • Bachelor (min. bachelor denkniveau) of gelijkwaardig door ervaring (minimum 5 jaar)
  • Perfecte beheersing van het Nederlands, vlotte beheersing van de Franse en Engelse taal.
  • Uitstekende vaardigheden in Excel en affiniteit met cijfers.
  • Ervaring in een salesfunctie binnen de B2B-sector en technische affiniteit zijn een grote plus.
  • Je legt vlot contacten, je bent klantvriendelijk en commercieel ingesteld.
  • Je bezit een hands-on mentaliteit en een proactieve houding.
  • Je haalt voldoening uit het behalen van resultaten en het binnenhalen van deals.
  • Verantwoordelijkheidszin, maturiteit en een gezonde dosis pit.
  • Je bent een doorzetter met een initiatiefrijke aanpak.
