In deze rol werk je voor bol in een hecht partnerserviceteam. Je week is afwisselend: een deel werk je rustig thuis, een deel op het moderne kantoor in Utrecht, goed bereikbaar met trein, tram en bus en met parkeermogelijkheden in de buurt . Je start je dag met het doornemen van je cases, schakelt met partners via telefoon en mail, duikt in data om uit te zoeken wat er speelt en stemt tussendoor af met collega's van IT en logistiek. Dankzij een uitgebreid onboardingprogramma van vier weken en een eigen buddy groei je stap voor stap in de rol. Je werkt gestructureerd, maar er is ook ruimte om vragen te stellen, mee te denken en jezelf te ontwikkelen in de wereld van e-commerce. Wat je gaat doen: - Je hebt dagelijks contact met zakelijke partners via telefoon en e-mail en beantwoordt hun vragen over verkopen via bol. - Je onderzoekt cases rondom bestellingen, productcontent, logistiek en prestaties en komt met heldere oplossingen. - Je volgt partner- en prestatiegegevens, signaleert kansen en risico's en vertaalt deze naar concrete vervolgstappen. - Je legt afspraken, acties en uitkomsten zorgvuldig vast in het CRM-systeem zodat informatie altijd actueel is. - Je werkt samen met collega's van onder andere IT en logistiek en deelt knelpunten om processen en partnerervaring te verbeteren.
