Als partnerspecialist bij bol ben jij dagelijks bezig met het ondersteunen van zakelijke partners. Je beantwoordt hun vragen, zoekt naar oplossingen en denkt mee over manieren waarop zij hun prestaties kunnen verbeteren. Je werkt volgens een hybride werkmodel. Een deel van je werkweek ben je aanwezig op kantoor in Utrecht en de overige dagen werk je vanuit huis. In deze functie combineer je veel persoonlijk contact met administratieve en analytische werkzaamheden. Het grootste deel van je dag bestaat uit contact met partners via telefoon en e-mail. Daarnaast houd je je bezig met het onderzoeken van cases, het analyseren van gegevens, het bijwerken van het CRM-systeem en het afstemmen van zaken met collega's. Om je goed op weg te helpen, volg je aan het begin een onboardingtraject van drie weken. Tijdens deze periode krijg je verschillende trainingen, kijk je mee met ervaren collega's en word je gekoppeld aan een buddy. Zo leer je de systemen en werkwijze kennen en kun je geleidelijk steeds meer zelfstandig oppakken. Jouw werkzaamheden - Je staat dagelijks zakelijke partners te woord via telefoon en e-mail en zorgt ervoor dat zij op een professionele en klantgerichte manier worden geholpen. - Je behandelt uiteenlopende vragen en problemen rondom bijvoorbeeld bestellingen, productcontent, logistiek en de prestaties van de webshop. - Je onderzoekt cases in verschillende systemen en gebruikt beschikbare gegevens om de situatie goed in kaart te brengen. - Je verwerkt informatie en gemaakte afspraken nauwkeurig in het CRM-systeem en zorgt voor een goede opvolging. - Je houdt partner- en ...
