Je werkt rechtstreeks samen met directie en sales en krijgt ruimte om zelf voorstellen te doen én uit te voeren.

Voor een groeiend familiebedrijf in de regio Komen zoeken we een ervaren marketeer die strategisch inzicht combineert met een praktische aanpak.

Wat ga je doen als B2B Marketing Specialist? Je verdiept je in de activiteiten, klanten en doelstellingen van verschillende business units. Samen met de verantwoordelijken bepaal je hoe marketing hun commerciële groei kan ondersteunen. Vervolgens zet je die inzichten om in gerichte acties.

• Je brengt klantsegmenten, marktontwikkelingen en commerciële kansen in kaart.

• Je ontwikkelt en realiseert campagnes voor naamsbekendheid, leadgeneratie en klantenbinding.

• Je volgt de resultaten op en stuurt acties en budgetten bij.

• Je verzamelt klantverhalen en referentieprojecten en vertaalt ze naar overtuigende content.

• Je ondersteunt sales met relevante marketingtools en commerciële communicatie.

• Je organiseert en ondersteunt beurzen en klantenevents.

• Je beheert en optimaliseert de digitale communicatiekanalen.

Wat breng je mee als B2B Marketing Specialist?

• Je hebt minstens vijf jaar ervaring in B2B-marketing en een bachelor- of masterdiploma.

• Je voelt je thuis in een industriële, projectgedreven omgeving en verdiept je graag in technische oplossingen en markten.

• Je denkt commercieel mee en werkt ideeën ook zelf uit: van voorstel tot uitvoering en opvolging.

• Je bent ondernemend, neemt initiatief en houdt overzicht over meerdere projecten.

• Je hebt ervaring met actuele AI-tools voor marketing.

• Je communiceert vlot in Nederlands, Frans en Engels en werkt goed samen met verschillende interne partners.
