Bedrijven met lange salescycli, waar een deal vaak maanden onderweg is. We groeien hard en de manier waarop we werken verandert snel. AI-agents en skills nemen steeds meer uitvoering over, en daardoor is de strateeg bij ons Client Director geworden. Per klant is er één persoon die het plan bedenkt, de uitvoering regisseert en verantwoordelijk is voor wat er in de pipeline belandt. Als medior krijg je een eigen klantportefeuille, met de vrijheid en de verantwoordelijkheid die daarbij horen. Wat ga je doen? - Je draait een eigen portefeuille Full System-klanten en een aantal afgebakende projecten. De allergrootste accounts liggen bij onze seniors. - Je bent eigenaar van het GTM-plan en de maand- en kwartaalplanning. Jij bepaalt welke tactieken aan en uit gaan, waar het budget heen gaat en wat voorrang krijgt. - Onboarding, kickoffs, workshops, strategische sessies en kwartaalevaluaties draai je zelfstandig. Je bent het vaste aanspreekpunt en zit regelmatig bij klanten op kantoor. - Je adviseert. Je helpt de klant kiezen en prioriteren, en je challenget aannames die het resultaat in de weg zitten. - De uitvoering regisseer jij. Je zet de kaders en de kwaliteitslat, een Client Success Manager pakt de dagelijkse executie op en specialisten schakel je in waar vakkwaliteit nodig is. Veel bouw je zelf met AI en onze eigen skills. - Planning, scope en marge bewaak je zelf. Vraagt een klant iets extra's, dan kies jij of je herprioriteert, versimpelt of bijboekt. - In rapportages en evaluaties koppel je data aan pipeline. Blijft het resultaat achter, dan ligt er een bijsturingsvoors...
