Jouw functie

Als Afsprakenplanner B2B ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor bedrijven. Je vertegenwoordigt verschillende projecten en legt contact met potentiële klanten.

Jouw taken:

  • Telefonisch contacteren van bedrijven voor prospectiedoeleinden
  • Inplannen van afspraken voor commerciële medewerkers
  • Uitvoeren van telefonische enquêtes
  • Correct registreren en opvolgen van gesprekken
  • Schakelen tussen verschillende projecten en doelgroepen
  • Professioneel vertegenwoordigen van de opdrachtgevers

Je werkt steeds tijdens de kantooruren.

Wat verwachten we van jou?

Must-haves

  • Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands en Frans
  • Je voelt je comfortabel aan de telefoon en legt gemakkelijk contact met anderen
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken en neemt initiatief
  • Je kan meerdere projecten tegelijk opvolgen
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van MS Office

Pluspunten

  • Ervaring als call agent, telemarketeer, sales assistant of in een commerciële binnendienst
  • Ervaring met telefonische prospectie of klantencontact
