Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams mit Schwerpunkt Customer Experience suchen wir 1 B2B Vertriebsinnendienstmitarbeiter_in

in Teilzeit (ab 20 Wochenstunden)

Ihre Rolle - mit Verantwortung und Gestaltungsspielraum:

· Gemeinsam mit einem Key Account Manager übernehmen Sie die Verantwortung über ein Kundengebiet

· Kundenanfragen werden kompetent, freundlich und zeitnah per E-Mail, sowie Telefon serviciert

· Durch vertriebsunterstützende Aktivitäten tragen Sie maßgeblich zum Abteilungserfolg bei

· Marktfeedback wird gesammelt und für weitere Analysen aufbereitet

· Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Fachabteilungen um Prozesse effizienter zu gestalten

Das bringen Sie mit - fachlich und persönlich :

· Ihre Stärken liegen in der positiven Kommunikation mit dem Kunden im Fokus

· Vorerfahrung in kundennahen Tätigkeiten wie zB. Call Center, Innendienst, Back Office

· Freude an selbständiger sowie eigenverantwortlicher Arbeit und an der Zusammenarbeit innerhalb eines dynamischen Teams

· Sicheren Umgang mit den Microsoft-Office-Produkten

· Erfahrung mit CRM-Systemen

Das monatliche Mindestentgelt beträgt derzeit für 38,5 Wochenstunden € 2.251,- brutto (14x jährlich). vorgesehen. Abhängig von Qualifikation und Erfahrung ist eine Überzahlung möglich. Je nach tatsächlicher vereinbarter Stundenanzahl aliquotiert sich das Monatsentgelt.
