Wir suchen aktuell 1 ÖBA-Techniker:in (m/w/d) St. Pölten · Vollzeit · Festanstellung

Deine Aufgaben

* Bauüberwachung mitgestalten: Du arbeitest in der örtlichen Bauaufsicht mit und unterstützt bei der laufenden Kontrolle der Bauausführung vor Ort

* Qualitätskontrolle unterstützen: Du wirkst bei Eignungs- und Güteprüfungen mit, holst Prüfprotokolle ein und führst Plausibilitätskontrollen durch

* Aufmaß & Abrechnung mitarbeiten: Du unterstützt bei der Mengenermittlung, prüfst Aufmaßblätter und bereitest Prüfrechnungen vor

* Dokumentation: Du pflegst Baubuch, Bautagesberichte, Fotodokumentation und Pendenzenlisten

* Im Projektteam mitwirken: Du arbeitest eng mit Auftragnehmern, Planern und dem Baumanagement zusammen und begleitest Termine vor Ort

* Kommunikation: Du bereitest Baubesprechungen mit vor und protokollierst diese sorgfältig

Was wir uns von dir wünschen

* Bautechnisches Fundament (HTL-Ausbildung) oder erste Berufserfahrung im Bauwesen

* Interesse an Bahn- und Infrastrukturprojekten - Vorwissen zu Schieneninfrastrukturgesellschaft oder öffentlichen Bauverfahren ist ein Plus

* Strukturierte, verlässliche Arbeitsweise - du behältst auch bei vielen Details den

Überblick

* Kommunikationsstärke und sicheres Auftreten - du gehst offen auf Menschen zu, intern wie extern

* Deutschkenntnisse Level C in Wort und Schrift

* Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office

* Neugier und Entwicklungswille - du willst dich fachlich vertiefen und langfristig Verantwortung übernehmen

* Führerschein Klasse B

Gehalt

Entlohnung nach KV für Angestellte in Baugewerbe und Bauindustrie. Für diese Position bieten wir ein

Jahresbruttogehalt ab EUR 50.000,- mit Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung und Anpassung je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung.
