Jobomschrijving

Als master data officer zorg jij ervoor dat data niet alleen correct wordt verwerkt, maar ook maximaal wordt benut. Je combineert administratieve nauwkeurigheid met een analytische blik en ondersteunt verschillende afdelingen bij het beheren en optimaliseren van essentiële bedrijfsinformatie.

Concreet ga je aan de slag met:

  • Het beheren en valideren van gegevens in ERP- en datasystemen.
  • Het verwerken, analyseren en rapporteren van data via Excel.
  • Het onderhouden van product- en artikelbestanden.
  • Het bewaken van deadlines en opvolgen van teamresultaten.
  • Het ondersteunen van operationele en administratieve activiteiten binnen R&D.
  • Het koppelen en converteren van productdata naar diverse interne toepassingen.
  • Het identificeren van optimalisaties binnen bestaande werkprocessen.
  • Het samenwerken met nationale en internationale collega's om een vlotte gegevensuitwisseling te garanderen.
  • Je behaalde recent een bachelor- of masterdiploma in bijvoorbeeld Bedrijfsmanagement, Handelswetenschappen of een gelijkaardige richting en kijkt uit naar een eerste professionele uitdaging.
  • Kandidaten met relevante ervaring binnen master data, databeheer of een vergelijkbare administratieve functie komen eveneens in aanmerking.
  • Je hebt een sterke interesse in data, administratieve processen en systeembeheer.
  • Je beschikt over een uitstekende kennis van Excel en werkt vlot met formules, rapporteringen en datasets.
  • Je werkt uiterst nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail.
  • Je bent analytisch ingesteld en denkt actief mee na over procesverbeteringen en efficiëntiewinsten.
  • Dankzij jouw sterke organisatorische vaardigheden behoud je steeds het overzicht en stel je de juiste prioriteiten.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en hebt een goede beheersing van het Engels.
  • Digitale tools en software hebben voor jou weinig geheimen en je maakt nieuwe systemen snel eigen.
  • Je krijgt energie van het structureren van complexe informatie en weet data overzichtelijk en bruikbaar te maken.
  • Je combineert een zelfstandige werkhouding met een positieve samenwerking binnen een team.
