Het ondersteunt klanten met technische expertise, productontwikkeling en supply chain-oplossingen om hun producten te verbeteren en te optimaliseren. Daarnaast zorgt het voor kwaliteitscontrole, naleving van regelgeving en efficiënte logistiek binnen de regio.

Jobomschrijving

  • Aanmaken en beheren van artikels en masterdata in het ERP-systeem
  • Controleren, verwerken en up-to-date houden van Safety Data Sheets (SDS)
  • Zorgen voor naleving van relevante wet- en regelgeving rond chemische producten
  • Beantwoorden van interne en externe vragen rond compliance en safety data
  • Samenwerken met internationale collega's om productinformatie correct te verwerken
  • Proactief opvolgen van wijzigingen in regelgeving en deze implementeren
  • Actief bijdragen aan kwaliteits-, veiligheids- en milieudoelstellingen
  • Bachelor of gelijkwaardig door ervaring, bij voorkeur in chemie, biochemie, wetenschap of gelijkaardig
  • Minstens een eerste relevante ervaring binnen kwaliteit, chemie of data management
  • Sterk administratief en zeer nauwkeurig in je werk
  • Goede kennis van MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); kennis van ERP-systemen is een plus
  • Zeer goede kennis Nederlands en Engels (Frans is een plus)
  • Zelfstandig, gestructureerd en planmatig ingesteld
  • Hands-on mentaliteit en verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel
  • Communicatief en diplomatisch in internationale context
