Over de job

Ben jij een verpleegkundige of technoloog medische beeldvorming met interesse in hoogtechnologische zorg én wil je het verschil maken op kritieke momenten? Dan is het cathlab van Jessa jouw volgende uitdaging.

Het cathlab op campus Virga Jesse is een sterk uitgebouwde, medisch-technische dienst met vijf operatiezalen en een postprocedureruimte. Hier worden dagelijks complexe cardiologische interventies uitgevoerd, zoals coronarografieën, stentplaatsingen (PCI), pacemaker- en ICD-implantaties, percutane klepimplantaties en elektrofysiologische onderzoeken en ablaties.

In het cathlab combineer je warme, patiëntgerichte zorg met technisch hoogstaande handelingen in een dynamische omgeving.

  • Je begeleidt patiënten gedurende het volledige cathlabtraject: vóór, tijdens en na hun procedure.
  • Je assisteert artsen bij diverse cardiologische interventies.
  • Je werkt met geavanceerde medische apparatuur in een hoogtechnologische setting.
  • Je biedt zorg in complexe en soms levenskritieke situaties.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met collega's, artsen en andere afdelingen.
  • Na het onboardingstraject en een interne opleiding volgens een persoonlijk stappenplan neem je deel aan het wachtsysteem (binnen 30 minuten aanwezig in het ziekenhuis).
  • Nadien ontwikkel je je verder in een specifiek expertisegebied; bijvoorbeeld de elektrofysiologie.
