Hoe jouw dag als Back-end Developer eruit ziet:

Als Back-end Developer ben je een sleutelfiguur in het bouwen van onze platformen en applicaties. Je zorgt dat alles achter de schermen vlot, veilig en performant werkt. Je bouwt mee aan een composable, API-first architectuur en vertaalt noden van gebruikers naar concrete, duurzame oplossingen. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met collega’s uit andere IT-domeinen.

  • Ontwikkelen én bouwen Je ontwikkelt en optimaliseert backend toepassingen en denkt actief mee na over hoe deze beter en efficiënter kunnen werken Je bouwt mee aan ons platform en interne tools en werkt mee aan een composable, API‑first architectuur gekoppeld aan het data- en integratielandschap van Titeca, waarbij je noden van gebruikers vertaalt naar concrete oplossingen die echt gebruikt worden
  • Koppelen én integreren Je bouwt en onderhoudt koppelingen tussen verschillende systemen via API’s en integraties Je werkt met diverse databronnen en zorgt ervoor dat alles stabiel, correct en schaalbaar met elkaar samenwerkt
  • Optimaliseren én automatiseren Je denkt mee na over het automatiseren van processen en het vereenvoudigen van workflows Je optimaliseert bestaande toepassingen en zorgt dat ze performant en future-proof blijven
  • Kwaliteit én structuur Je bewaakt codekwaliteit, performantie, documentatie en onderhoudbaarheid, en werkt gestructureerd met versiebeheer Je zorgt ervoor dat oplossingen niet alleen werken, maar ook duidelijk en duurzaam zijn opgezet Je werkt volgens moderne ontwikkelpraktijken zoals versiebeheer, testing en continue verbetering van codekwaliteit.
  • Samenwerking én afstemming Je werkt nauw samen met collega’s uit development, data, workplace en applications om systemen en koppelingen goed op elkaar af te stemmen en te laten aansluiten op de data‑ en AI‑werking Je stemt af met de business en denkt actief mee over technische keuzes en verbeteringen Je zorgt dat toepassingen en koppelingen goed aansluiten op de data- en AI‑werking

Jouw én – én profiel

  • Ervaring én goesting Je hebt ervaring met backend development en krijgt energie van het bouwen en verbeteren van toepassingen die effectief gebruikt worden.
  • Kennis én technologie Je hebt kennis van backend technologieën (zoals PHP, Laravel…) en databases (SQL), en voelt je comfortabel in een omgeving met API’s en integraties.
  • Analyse én probleemoplossend denken Je denkt logisch en oplossingsgericht, en pakt technische uitdagingen op een gestructureerde manier aan.
  • Samenwerking én communicatie Je werkt graag samen met collega’s en stemt vlot af met verschillende teams binnen IT en business.
  • Zelfstandigheid én verantwoordelijkheid Je neemt initiatief en verantwoordelijkheid, en denkt mee op langere termijn om duurzame oplossingen neer te zetten.
