The posting

Als Back Office Administrator zorg je voor de correcte en tijdige verwerking van effectentransacties en aanverwante operationele processen binnen een private bank. Je werkt nauwkeurig, volgt openstaande dossiers zelfstandig op en vormt een belangrijke schakel tussen verschillende interne afdelingen, kantoren en externe tegenpartijen.

Je verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Administratief verwerken en afwikkelen van effectentransacties.
  • Bewaken van een correcte en tijdige uitvoering van alle verrichtingen.
  • Uitvoeren van dagelijkse trade-reconciliaties.
  • Opvolgen van de posities bij custodians.
  • Verwerken van inkomende en uitgaande effectentransfers.
  • Beheren en opvolgen van de cashposities bij custodians.
  • Verwerken van corporate actions zoals dividenduitkeringen, aandelensplitsingen, fusies en overnames.
  • Correct boeken van ontvangen coupons en dividenden op klantenrekeningen.
  • Ondersteunen bij de verwerking van de Reynderstaks.
  • Ondersteunen bij de verwerking van de effectentaks en meerwaardebelasting.
  • Meewerken aan de recuperatie van dubbele belasting.
  • Ondersteunen bij de verwerking van DBI-attesten.
  • Uitvoeren van eerstelijnscontroles op verwerkte verrichtingen.
  • Tijdig signaleren van onregelmatigheden en incidenten.
  • Nauwgezet opvolgen van openstaande dossiers en aandachtspunten.
  • Zelfstandig ondernemen van acties wanneer dat nodig is.
  • Samenwerken met andere teams binnen Operations.
  • Overleggen met de afdelingen IT, Fiscal, Finance, Legal en Compliance.
  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor operationele vragen van verschillende kantoren en vestigingen.
  • Bachelordiploma, bij voorkeur in een financiële of economische richting.
  • Gelijkwaardige werkervaring binnen de financiële sector komt eveneens in aanmerking.
  • Sterke interesse in de financiële wereld en effectentransacties.
  • Administratief en organisatorisch sterk.
  • Accuraat, nauwkeurig en gestructureerd.
  • In staat om zelfstandig prioriteiten te bepalen.
  • Kritische en resultaatgerichte ingesteldheid.
  • Collegiaal en een echte teamspeler.
  • Bereid om actief met de organisatie mee te denken.
  • Uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands.
  • Kennis van het Frans en/of Engels is een pluspunt.
  • Digitaal vaardig en leergierig.
  • Stressbestendig en betrouwbaar.
  • Bereid om dagelijks vanuit het kantoor in Antwerpen te werken.
