Ben jij iemand met een open mindset en een sterke drive om te leren? Als Back Office Administrator krijg je een sleutelrol binnen de organisatie. In deze functie als Back Office Administrator word je de verbindende schakel tussen verschillende afdelingen en neem je diverse verantwoordelijkheden op. Hier telt niet wat je al weet, maar vooral hoe je denkt, initiatief neemt en problemen aanpakt. ‘Learn it all’ is hier belangrijker dan ‘know it all’.

Wat ga je doen als BACK OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR?

· Ondersteunen van verschillende interne afdelingen binnen operations

· Administratief opvolgen en coördineren van processen

· Meedenken over oplossingen en actief problemen aanpakken

· Verwerken, analyseren en structureren van gegevens (o.a. in Excel)

· Dagelijks contact met collega’s en stakeholders in NL/ENG/FR

· Opnemen van ownership en zelfstandig dossiers verder uitwerken

· Je hebt een open, flexibele en leergierige mindset

· Je denkt oplossingsgericht en durft initiatief nemen
