Sterk in administratie en interesse in verzekeringen en financiële dossiers? Als Back Office Medewerker zorg je ervoor dat offertes, polissen en verzekeringsdossiers administratief kloppen. Je ondersteunt de collega's die het klantencontact verzorgen en krijgt tegelijk voldoende autonomie om je eigen dossiers op te volgen.

Wat ga je doen?

Je werkt op de backoffice van een financieel bedrijf dat actief is in spaar en beleggingsverzekeringen en kredieten. De commerciële collega's verzamelen de nodige informatie, jij zorgt ervoor dat het administratieve vervolg correct en tijdig gebeurt.

• Je maakt offertes en polissen correct op

• Je bereidt verzekeringsdossiers administratief voor

• Je verzamelt en controleert de nodige gegevens en documenten

• Je volgt lopende dossiers verder op en zorgt dat niets blijft liggen

• Je ondersteunt de collega's die de klantenrelaties beheren

• Je hebt occasioneel rechtstreeks contact met klanten wanneer dat nodig is voor een dossier

• Je bewaakt deadlines en zorgt voor een nauwkeurige administratieve verwerking

• Je werkt zelfstandig aan je dossiers, maar kunt bij vragen terugvallen op collega's

Dit is vooral een inhoudelijke administratieve functie. Je hoeft dus niet voortdurend commercieel op de voorgrond te staan. Correcte dossiers en een sterke opvolging zijn hier belangrijker.

Wie zoeken we echt?

• Je hebt een bachelor Bedrijfsmanagement met afstudeerrichting Financie en Verzekeringswezen

• Je hebt via een stage of eerdere job al een eerste relevante ervaring opgedaan

• Je werkt nauwkeurig en punctueel

• Je houdt overzicht wanneer verschillende dossiers tegelijk lopen

• Je kunt zelfstandig werken en durft vragen te stellen wanneer iets niet duidelijk is

• Je leert vlot nieuwe materie aan

• Je communiceert correct en klantgericht wanneer je rechtstreeks contact hebt met een klant
