Als Back Office Support Medewerker ben jij een onmisbare schakel voor zowel onze klanten als je collega's. We willen dat iedereen in Nederland onderaan de streep de juiste hypotheekkeuze maakt. Daar zetten ruim 50 Fritsers zich iedere dag met veel plezier voor in. We dagen elkaar uit, helpen elkaar vooruit en groeien hard. Om onze klanten de service te bieden die ze van ons verwachten, zoeken we een nieuwe collega voor ons Back Office Support-team. Ben jij iemand die energie krijgt van klantcontact, graag overzicht houdt en ervoor zorgt dat alles achter de schermen op rolletjes loopt? Dan maken we graag kennis met je. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten. Je beantwoordt vragen, helpt mensen op weg en zorgt ervoor dat iedere klant zich gehoord en geholpen voelt. Daarnaast ondersteun je het team met uiteenlopende backoffice- en officemanagementwerkzaamheden. Geen dag is hetzelfde - en juist die afwisseling maakt deze functie zo leuk. Wie zoeken we? Jij bent servicegericht, houdt van structuur en krijgt energie van contact met mensen. Je schakelt moeiteloos tussen verschillende werkzaamheden en houdt ook op drukke momenten het overzicht. Je denkt in oplossingen, ziet wat er moet gebeuren en pakt zaken zelfstandig op. Of je nu een telefoontje aanneemt, een afspraak inplant of collega's ondersteunt: jij zorgt ervoor dat alles soepel verloopt en klanten én collega's op je kunnen rekenen. Wat ga je doen?
