Jobomschrijving

Als Back-up Teamleader ondersteun je de teamleider bij de dagelijkse werking van het warehouse. Je fungeert als aanspreekpunt voor het team en neemt de leiding over wanneer de teamleider afwezig is. Samen zorgen jullie voor een vlot verloop van de werkzaamheden, een goede samenwerking binnen het team en het behalen van de vooropgestelde resultaten.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Ondersteunen van de teamleider bij de dagelijkse organisatie van het werk
  • Overnemen van de leiding bij afwezigheid van de teamleider
  • Aansturen, begeleiden en motiveren van medewerkers op de werkvloer
  • Waken over de productiviteit, kwaliteit en veiligheid van de werkzaamheden
  • Rapporteren van voortgang, resultaten en eventuele problemen aan de leidinggevende
  • Meedenken over optimalisaties en verbeteringen binnen de processen
