Heb je een passie voor professionele schoonmaak? Wil je daarnaast graag eens proeven van leidinggevende en coachende taken? Dan is de functie van back-up teamleider schoonmaak iets voor jou!

Als back-up teamleider schoonmaak combineer je het beste van twee werelden. Je werkt mee op de werkvloer en leert stap voor stap hoe je een team ondersteunt, begeleidt en motiveert. Je staat er niet alleen voor: je krijgt de kans om deze vaardigheden op de werkvloer te ontwikkelen.

Wanneer je teamleider aanwezig is, werk je mee aan de dagelijkse schoonmaak van onze gebouwen volgens de werkplanning. Tegelijk leer je hoe je collega's op de werkvloer kan ondersteunen, feedback kan geven en hen kan helpen groeien in hun job. Bij afwezigheid van de teamleider neem je de leiding over het team. Ook hierbij krijg je de kans om verder te groeien in je rol en kennis te maken met een aantal administratieve taken die bij het aansturen van een team horen.

We bieden een werkplek in ons moderne kantoorgebouw in Brussel, waar je 38 uur per week werkt. Je start elke dag tussen 6u en 6u30 en eindigt tussen 14u06 en 14u36. We vragen wel enige flexibiliteit. Af en toe volg je ook de namiddagploeg op en wijk je dus af van deze uren.

Je beschikt over minstens 2 jaar ervaring in professionele schoonmaak.
