Ben jij op zoek naar een parttime baan als backoffice medewerker in Groningen? Je komt te werken op de afdeling planning en administratie. Jij ondersteunt planners met administratieve werkzaamheden. Zo schakel je veel met klanten over de inzet van zorghulpmiddelen. De planner houdt zich bezig met het afstemmen van routes en beschikbaarheid van de hulpmiddelen. Met jou aan zijn of haar zijde gebeurt dit zonder problemen. Jij neemt namelijk alle administratieve taken uit handen. Wat ga je doen? Je werkzaamheden bestaan uit het beantwoorden van telefoontjes van klanten en je schakelt met monteurs over spoedklussen. Daarnaast stel je werkdocumenten op en je checkt of alle gegevens correct zijn ingevuld en verwerkt in het systeem. Werktijden Je werkt van 09:00 tot 17:00 uur tijdens kantoortijden. Het is een functie voor 20 uur per week, waarbij de vrijdag vast staat. De rest van de dagen kunnen in overleg gepland worden. Het kantoor bevindt zich net buiten Groningen, op 20 minuten afstand van het centrum. Wat wij bieden - Een salaris van € 15,60 bruto per uur; - Een functie voor minimaal 6 maanden met veel verantwoordelijkheid binnen de medische wereld; - Reiskostenvergoeding van € 0,25 cent per kilometer; - Een flexibele baan voor 20 uur per week met kans op verlenging; - Werken in een maatschappelijke omgeving! Wat wij vragen - Minimaal mbo werk- en denkniveau; - Snel kunnen schakelen in een hectische omgeving; - Ervaring in administratie; - Je hebt een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk; - Je hebt een klantgericht en empathisch.
