Jij verwerkt opdrachten binnen de project- en contractadministratie en zorgt dat de facturatie correct en tijdig gebeurt. Dankzij jouw nauwkeurigheid en organisatorische vaardigheden lopen alle administratieve processen soepel en efficiënt, en draag je direct bij aan de betrouwbaarheid en professionaliteit van onze dienstverlening. Wat ga je doen? Als Backoffice Medewerker draag je zorg voor een vlekkeloze uitvoering van onze project- en contractadministratie. Jij bent degene die ervoor zorgt dat opdrachten correct verwerkt worden en dat de facturatie altijd klopt. Samen met collega's bewaak je de kwaliteit van onze administratieve processen en zorg je dat alles efficiënt en gestructureerd verloopt. Concreet betekent dit dat je: - opdrachten administratief verwerkt binnen de projectadministratie; - de contractadministratie zorgvuldig beheert; - facturatie verwerkt en controleert op juistheid; - samenwerkt met verschillende afdelingen om administratieve processen te optimaliseren. Vereisten Wat breng je mee? - MBO werk- en denkniveau. - Administratieve werkervaring; ervaring met Exact Globe en Synergy is een pré. - Bekwaam in het werken met computerprogramma's en administratiesystemen. - Teamplayer: Je werkt graag samen en ondersteun...
