Als Backoffice Medewerker bewaak je de administratie, communicatie en planning binnen het kantoor.

  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten, mede-eigenaars en leveranciers.
  • Je beantwoordt telefonische en schriftelijke vragen snel en correct.
  • Je verwerkt inkomende communicatie en volgt die verder op.
  • Je beheert administratieve dossiers nauwgezet en bewaakt gemaakte afspraken en deadlines.
  • Je plant afspraken, organiseert vergaderingen en bereidt algemene vergaderingen voor, waarna je de opvolging verzorgt.
  • Je ondersteunt de dagelijkse werking van het kantoor door problemen tijdig te signaleren en mee te zoeken naar praktische oplossingen.

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

Voor deze functie van Backoffice medewerker zoeken we een kandidaat met de volgende achtergrond en vaardigheden.

  • Je hebt ervaring binnen vastgoed, gebouwbeheer of een vergelijkbare sector. Ervaring als syndicus is een belangrijke troef.
  • Je hebt ervaring met projectopvolging en dossierbeheer.
  • Je beschikt over sterke administratieve vaardigheden en werkt nauwkeurig.
  • Je hebt een vlotte kennis van het Nederlands en communiceert professioneel en klantgericht.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, georganiseerd en betrouwbaar, blijft oplossingsgericht en stressbestendig, pakt moeilijke situaties kordaat aan en bent bereid om indien nodig af en toe langer te werken.
  • Affiniteit met de bouwsector, gebouwtechnieken of brandveiligheid is een pluspunt.
