Wat ga je doen? Ben jij nauwkeurig, houd je van overzicht en krijg je energie van administratief werk? Voor een retail hoofdkantoor in Alkmaar zoeken we een tijdelijk backoffice medewerker Inkoop voor minimaal 6 weken. Je werkt flexibel en krijgt de ruimte om mee te bewegen met wat het team nodig heeft. Jouw rol Je ondersteunt het inkoopteam met het verwerken en controleren van orders, leveranciersgegevens en facturen. Klopt er iets niet? Dan zoek je het uit en stem je af met finance of de leverancier. Heb je de werkzaamheden snel onder de knie? Dan kun je extra werkzaamheden oppakken. Jouw werkomgeving Je werkt vanuit een dynamische retailomgeving, met de mogelijkheid om hybride te werken. Je ontvangt een laptop van de zaak en een reiskostenvergoeding. De uren zijn flexibel en op- of afschalen is mogelijk. Wat wij bieden - Een salaris van € 2.600,00 tot € 2.800,00 bruto per maand o.b.v 40 uur; - Een opdracht van minimaal 6 weken; - Flexibiliteit in uren, met mogelijkheid tot op- en afschalen; - Afwisselende werkzaamheden binnen inkoop; - Mogelijkheid tot hybride werken; - Laptop en reiskostenvergoeding. Wat wij vragen - Minimaal mbo werk- en denkniveau; - Ervaring met administratief werk, bij voorkeur binnen inkoop; - Nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en zelfstandig kunnen werken; - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal; - Ervaring met Excel en ERP-systemen is een pré.
